Yes. They are carried out by a surveyor holding a cadastral license (Cad. Lic. SSL101483), valid for registry procedures, sale-purchase and permits in Nicaragua.
?Can I hire you from abroad?
Yes. We coordinate everything by WhatsApp, send photos, video and reports from the site, and work in English and Spanish.
?Do you work outside Nicaragua?
Yes. We are opening service in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica and El Salvador: design, BIM and project management remotely, and field execution with licensed local partners.
